Official Rules

To enter and participate in this Contest, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. You must have Internet access and an active e-mail account to participate.

Objective of Contest: Create your custom paint scheme for the No. 48 Ally Chevrolet (“Paint Scheme”) using the interactive 3D design platform on the Contest website. Two (2) finalists (“Finalists”) will be selected by Sponsor and Alex Bowman (subject to availability). The Grand Prize winner will be determined by public vote on X. The winning Paint Scheme may be applied to the No. 48 Ally Chevrolet at a designated race determined by Sponsor.

Overview of Key Dates:

1. Eligibility: The Ally Paint Shop Contest (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older). Employees of Ally Financial Inc. (“Ally” or “Sponsor”), Probability LLC (the “Administrator”), MKTG Sports + Entertainment, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering the Contest or supplying the prize (or any element thereof), and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies, and the entities owned and operated by those persons (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”), HMS Holdings, LLC, (“HMS”), NASCAR Team Properties, Growth Energy, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Sunoco Retail, LLC, General Motors, LLC, and the immediate family and household members of all of the  foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, members of the racing team of #48 Ally Racing Chevrolet in NASCAR Cup Series™ races (the “Ally Racing Car”), including Alex Bowman (the driver), ownership, management, technical experts, support staff and other employees of such racing team, and the immediate family and household members of all of the foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential finalists will be required to provide proof of eligibility prior to Public Voting to determine prize winner as discussed below. Void where prohibited.

Entrants may not have been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude. By entering, each Contest entrant (“Entrant”) understands and agrees that, if selected as a potential Finalist and to have an opportunity to win the Grand Prize, he/she will be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility. Grand Prize Winner’s guest will also be required to consent to a background check. Failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification.

In addition, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify a potential Finalist and or Grand Prize Winner’s guest if the results of such background check reveal that such person is not eligible to participate in the Contest (for Finalist) or if such person has been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If disqualified, a person (whether a Finalist or Grand Prize Winner’s guest) will not receive any compensation of any kind nor will Sponsor or the other Promotion Entities have any liability to him/her under any legal theory.

2. Contest Entry: The Contest begins on or about 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 3, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Contest.

During the Promotion Period, navigate the Internet to http://www.AllyPaintShop.com (the “Website”). On the Website, you must complete the entry form by providing: your full name, e-mail address, phone number where you may be reached during normal business hours (9:00 a.m. ET – 5:00 p.m. ET) on or about July 6, 2026 if your entry is selected as a potential Finalist as well as a title for the Paint Scheme (collectively, “registration information”).

CLICK THE CHECK BOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY      REQUIREMENTS AND HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE CONTEST AND CANNOT WIN THE PRIZE.

An “Entry” consists of an individual’s registration information and the Paint Scheme as further set forth above.   

Both an individual’s registration information and the Paint Scheme must be submitted during the same on-line session. No partial or piecemeal submissions will be accepted.

All entries must be received by July 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Sponsor may use an entrant’s name, or email address for future promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.ally.com/privacy/.

Limit five (5) entries/Paint Schemes per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. If submitting multiple entries, each entry must include a different Paint Scheme.  

Multiple entries/Paint Schemes in excess of (or otherwise in violation of) this limitation or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website/ entry form/submitting Paint Scheme is not considered proof of delivery or receipt of same.  Once submitted, Paint Scheme and title of Paint Scheme cannot be modified by entrant. Except as otherwise contemplated by these Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of the Entry, information provided by you for this Contest is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ally.com/privacy/.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Contest entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Contest. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.

PAINT SCHEME MUST BE SOLELY THE ORIGINAL WORK OF ENTRANT WHICH WAS MADE SOLELY BY USING THE 3D DESIGN PLATFORM IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACCOMPANYING INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT COPY SOMEONE ELSE’S WORK OR OTHERWISE BASE YOUR PAINT SCHEME, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, ON SOMEONE ELSE’S WORK INCLUDING ANY WINNING PAINT SCHEME FROM A PREVIOUS CONTEST OF SPONSOR; DO NOT MODIFY OR AUGMENT THE PROVIDED 3D DESIGN PLATFORM IN ANY WAY. PAINT SCHEME MUST HAVE BEEN CREATED SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS CONTEST. In addition, group/team entries are NOT permitted. Paint Scheme must not (as applicable) violate the trademark, trade dress, copyright or any other rights of any third party. By submitting an Entry, you expressly represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your the title of the Paint Scheme) and that submission of your Entry or use of the rights you grant Sponsor will not infringe upon any third party rights. In any event, if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, has reason to believe that an Entry contains any material that may infringe or violate the rights of a third party, Sponsor may disqualify such Entry without notification to Entrant and take all other measures as Sponsor deems necessary and appropriate to protect its legal rights. No part of an Entry (that is, either the Paint Scheme or its title) can have been submitted to any other contest or competition or be previously published or otherwise publicly disseminated through any media channel. The title of a Paint Scheme may not contain, and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify and/or remove any Entry with a title of a Paint Scheme that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive;  violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; ; (ii) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons; (iii) is obscene or offensive; (iv) endorses any form of hate or hate group; (v) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks and/or other content about Sponsor, NASCAR, HMS or Alex Bowman or any other people or companies; (vi) contains any third person’s personal information, such as personal names or e-mail addresses; (vii) advertises or promotes a business, charity, political, religious or other cause; (viii) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the  reputation, image and/or goodwill of Sponsor, NASCAR, HMS or Alex Bowman; or (ix) is otherwise inappropriate, objectionable, or unsuitable for the uses contemplated in these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with these Official Rules in any respect may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor grants an eligible person the non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license to use the 3D Design Platform in its original form without modification or augmentation of any kind for the sole purpose of creating up to five (5) different Paint Schemes to be submitted as Entries in this Promotion in accordance with these Official Rules. Unless extended in writing by an authorized representative of Sponsor, such license will automatically terminate as of the end of the entry period.

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or Public Voting process (as discussed below; see Rule 6), and to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (including but not limited to the Public Voting element of same). In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Contest and award the prize in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Contest will be posted on the Website; any termination/modification/suspension of the Public Voting process will be posted on Sponsor’s official X feed (@allyracing) as well as on the Website. Without limitation of any other term here, Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, technical failures of any kind (including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software), any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or votes; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or vote to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's, voter’s or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Contest.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Contest and/or prevent others from participating in the Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PUBLIC VOTING ELEMENT OF THE CONTEST, AS DISCUSSED IN RULE 6 BELOW) VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT (IF APPLICABLE), TERMINATE ENTRANT’S ACCOUNT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. IN ADDITION, SUCH CONDUCT MAY ALSO AFFECT THE TABULATION OF THE NUMBER OF VOTES RECEIVED BY THE TWO (2) FINALISTS IN THE PUBLIC VOTING.

3.     Rights: By submitting an Entry, and without limitation of any other rights granted, each Entrant, regardless of method of entry, grants permission to the Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, sublicensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Rights Holders”), to use the Entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for programming, publicity and promotional purposes without consideration, review or approval, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By submitting an entry as good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Entrant transfers and assigns to Sponsor and its designees any and all right, title and interest in and to their Entry (that is, the Paint Scheme and the title of the Paint Scheme) without further notice or compensation to such Entrant; and, Entrant agrees upon request to complete, sign and return any additional documents that Sponsor may require so as to perfect, memorialize or record the preceding transfer and assignment of rights in their Entry without compensation of any kind.  The preceding includes but is not limited to a Finalist’s participation in the Public Voting as per Rule 6 below.

Each Entrant waives any so-called “moral rights” in connection with the Paint Scheme and the title of the Paint Scheme and shall not have any right of approval as to any rights exercised by the Rights Holders.

Each Entrant understands and agrees that the Rights Holders shall not have any duty of confidentiality or fiduciary duty of any kind with regard to Entrant’s Paint Scheme and the title of the Paint Scheme. ACCORDINGLY, THE TITLE OF ENTRANT’S PAINT SCHEME SHOULD NOT INCLUDE ANY CONTENT THAT IS CONFIDENTIAL OR TRADE SECRET.

Entrant further acknowledges that Rights Holders have wide access to ideas, stories, designs and other literary/artistic materials submitted to them by outside sources or being developed by their own employees and that such ideas/stories/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with, similar to (or even identical to) Entrant’s Paint Scheme (and the title of the Paint Scheme) and that Rights Holders shall have no liability to Entrant or any third party in conjunction therewith.

4.     Judging/Selection of Finalists: During the Judging Period, Sponsor and Alex Bowman† will select two (2) Finalists. All judging will be based on the following equally weighted criteria: Originality/Creativity of Paint Scheme; Appropriateness of Paint Scheme to choice of Title; and Overall Quality of Paint Scheme. In the event of a tie, the Entry from among all such tied entries with the higher/highest score in the “Quality of Title of Paint Scheme” criterion will be considered the Finalist.  By participating, entrant understands and agrees that results of the judging are confidential and proprietary to Sponsor, waiving any right to review or inspect such results.

†Alex Bowman’s participation is subject to his availability. If Alex Bowman is unable to serve as a judge, the liability of Sponsor shall be limited to replacing Alex Bowman with another person associated with the #48 Ally Racing car of Sponsor’s sole choosing.

5. Finalist Notification: Potential Finalists will be notified by e-mail/phone on or about July 6, 2026. Failure to respond to the initial notification within twenty-four (24) hours after transmission to potential Finalist or return of notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate as potential Finalist (time permitting). Potential Finalist will be required to complete, sign and return within forty-eight (48) hours of transmission, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release, where allowed by law and the necessary paperwork for a background check (“Finalist Documents”). If potential Finalist does not respond to the initial notification attempt within twenty-four (24) hours after transmission as set forth above, if Finalist Documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period, if  Finalist notification  is returned as non-deliverable, if potential Finalist is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if potential Finalist does not accept the opportunity to participate in the Public Voting to possibly win the prize for any reason, status as a Finalist will be forfeited and such potential Finalist will be disqualified. If potential Finalist is disqualified for any reason, the opportunity to possibly win prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Finalist will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period as per Rule 4 above (time permitting). In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

6.     Determination of Winner: Sponsor will post the two (2) Finalists’ Paint Schemes (along with their titles)  to its official X feed (@allyracing) and ask for people (who are legal residents of 50 US/DC, 13+) to vote for their favorite Finalist’s Paint Scheme by using the corresponding hashtag included in the post by the end date and time stated in the post. Finalists’ Paint Schemes may differ from the Paint Schemes included in a Finalist’s Entry due to technological limitations or other reasons, with Promotion Entities disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Finalists’ Paint Schemes will be posted in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion which may be varied one or more times during the Public Voting period with Sponsor perhaps including additional content of its sole choosing along with Finalists’ Paint Schemes. Paint Schemes will be attributed to Finalist by names along with their titles. Finalists further understand and agree that they have no right of review or approval as to the posting of their Paint Schemes for the Public Voting. A Finalist may vote for their own Paint Scheme. Consumers may vote one (1) time per day during the Public Voting period. The Entry that receives the greater number of valid votes by the end date and time stated in the post will be determined the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of the vote total. (The Finalist who receives the lesser number of valid votes by the end date and time stated in the post will NOT receive any prize.) Should leader board(s) be posted showing the number of votes received by Finalists, Promotion Entities reserve the right to modify the number of votes received by each Finalist due to error or any other reason without liability or prior notification of any kind. Accordingly, even if a final leader board shows a given Finalist with the higher vote total, he/she may not be the Grand Prize winner, as Grand Prize winner will be personally notified by Administrator via e-mail or phone as to his/her status. Sponsor reserves the right to update the leader board at time(s) of its sole choosing. Please Note: Any attempt to use multiple accounts or other tactics to vote more than the stated limit may result in voiding of votes as well as rescission of a given person’s opportunity to vote prospectively (to the extent applicable). Votes generated by script, macro, bot, commercial Contest subscription, vote-swapping sites, voting software, entering service sites or any other automated means and votes by any means that subvert the voting process or do not conform to the spirit of these Official Rules (all as determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion) are  void and will not be counted. Finalists  are prohibited from obtaining votes, and voters are prohibited from soliciting votes on behalf of Finalists, by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes, payments or other inducements to members of the public , as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion, and all associated votes are void and will not be counted. In all cases, if Sponsor/Administrator determines in their sole discretion that Finalist was in any way involved in any conduct intended to subvert the integrity of or tamper with the Public Voting, Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify such Finalist with the opportunity to win the Grand Prize being forfeited; and, in such case, the other Finalist will be determined the Grand Prize winner.

7. Prize and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) is available to be won: a 3-day/2-night trip (“Trip”) for the winner and a guest for a VIP race weekend at a NASCAR Cup Series™ race weekend of Sponsor’s choosing (“Race”); inclusion of winner’s Paint Scheme on Ally 48 car**; one (1) $500 gift card from bank/financial institution which may be used by winner and guest for expenses related to travel to attend Race (issuer of gift card to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; issuer’s terms and conditions apply to use of gift card). ARV: $4,600.00.

**Inclusion of winner’s Paint Scheme (including possibly the title of Paint Scheme) on Ally Racing Car is NOT guaranteed and Sponsor shall have no liability under any legal theory should it choose not to do so for any reason (or no reason). Winner will not receive any compensation other than the Grand Prize in conjunction with the possible inclusion of winner’s Paint Scheme on Ally Racing Car; this element of the Grand Prize has no cash value.

The Trip includes: two (2) VIP admissions to the Race; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion near Race area; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to Race area from a major airport near winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor; flight may not be direct and a stopover may be required) to an airport selected by Sponsor.

Prize Restrictions:

Winner must be available to attend Race on dates selected by Sponsor; if winner is not able to do so for any reason, prize will be forfeited in its entirety without liability of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting.

Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or other perks/benefits. Winner and guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. In the event winner lives within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Race city (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor and the Released Parties will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Winner must provide a valid credit card with sufficient funds as per hotel policy so as to protect against damages to room/hotel property; failing that, Sponsor/Administrator may condition prize award on winner signing an agreement whereby winner agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Released Parties from any damage caused to room/hotel property during hotel stay. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, meals, ground transportation, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, entertainment and transfers, are winner’s sole responsibility. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize or portion of prize is unavailable for any reason. Except for gift card element of prize where required by applicable law, prize is not redeemable or exchangeable by winner for cash. Guest must complete, sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to prize award. If guest is a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian must be the Winner and a parent/legal guardian must sign the Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful) on the guest’s behalf. Winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectable manner during the trip, including their attendance at Race. Should Sponsor, NASCAR, or any prize supplier determine that winner and/or guest fails to do so, trip will be terminated with Released Parties (as defined below) not having any liability to winner and/or guest as well as reserving the right to seek legal recourse against winner and/or guest. Should winner choose to travel without a guest, winner will only receive prize in increments for him/herself and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded. The preceding includes the winner only receiving VIP admission appropriate for one person (i.e., him/herself).

Tickets to Race are governed by a revocable, nontransferable license, including prohibition on sale/re-sale, exchange, transfer, assignment, auction, barter, donation, placement into commerce or other form of conveyance. Seat location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Grand Prize must be accepted in its entirety or not at all; and, if declined, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.

All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner must provide their Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number to Sponsor and/or Administrator and their representatives upon request and otherwise cooperate with Sponsor and/or Administrator and their representatives in conjunction with the reporting of their receipt of the Grand Prize to the Internal Revenue Service and any other applicable governmental tax authorities, as required by applicable law.

8. Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By entering, each entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator (including but not limited to the results of the Public Voting), which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Promotion Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., each of the foregoing entities’ respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor companies and assigns, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Contest (including travel to/from any Contest activity), (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize awarded, including any travel associated with the prize, (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; (iv) entrant’s registration material on any related website, or (iv) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Contest activity and/or prize.

By accepting the Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner grants Sponsor and its designees (including NASCAR and HMS  as well as their respective licensees) permission to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winner’s list and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees (including NASCAR and HMS as well as their respective licensees) are not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s discretion, without further obligation or compensation. Contest subject to the laws of the United States only. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All Entries and votes become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged (except for Finalists’ Entries).

9.     Disputes/Jurisdiction/Choice Of Law: To the fullest extent permitted by law, a participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or the award of the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by federal or state courts situated within Oakland County, Michigan, with such courts having personal jurisdiction over them, with the participant  waiving any right of forum non conveniens, change of venue or any like right; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with participating in this Contest , but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will a participant  be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant  hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased as well as waiving any rights to an injunction or other forms of equitable relief. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of a participant  and Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Michigan. For clarity, the preceding applies to voters even if they do not enter the Contest themselves.
